Big Lagoon State park is a wonderful place to be for a plethora of activities. It's host to a wide variety of wildlife, beautiful natural communities, ranging from saltwater marshes to pine flat woods. You can enjoy your favorite outdoor activities such as, camping, swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing and hiking. The shallow waters are perfect for crabbing! The west picnic area, shaded with  pines and oaks, is wonderful to enjoy a relaxing meal.
