It begins there and is best approached with ongoing monitoring and a lot of two-way communication.  At PKRM we manage and monitor your vacation rental in many different ways. We schedule regular inspections year around to ensure your vacation home is well taken care of and safe. We not only have housekeeping report to our office staff, but maintenance, vendors, on site property staff, owners and guest can call us around the clock to report any issue or problem so we can find a solution and fix the issue immediately. It is important that your investment is protected and to ensure this we have implemented maintenance program, conduct annual quality assurance checks, inspections, photo inventory and unit assessments. Wear on the property will occur through rentals and we’re going to make sure that it is identified and work with you to keep your vacation home in tip top shape so you never miss a rental opportunity.

Professional Photographers - At no cost to you we will take updated professional photographs of your property. These sell the property online and without, will, without you might as well not even be online. This allows us to show the prospective guests photographs that will help them see and feel comfortable about what they are renting. Photos will be updated as needed when changes to the property are made and will also show the area and environment the renters can expect when booking the property. A picture is worth a thousand words right, so we ensure your photographs explain and show the properties assets, which help renters understand the importance of keeping the home in the same condition as they rented it in.

I have owned a condo in the Perdido Sun for 10 years.  JD Hallam and Perdido Key Resort Management (PKRM) has been my property manager from day one.  They are always available to help and answer questions, they work out rental issues with the renters directly and diplomatically so as trying to provide the best customer service they can, no matter what the circumstance.   My unit is one of his top renting units, my calendar is quite full every year, with at least 270 renter occupied days a year!  If I ever needed anything done at the condo, such as furniture repair or replacement or maintenance issues, they coordinate it all and I never need to get involved other than being notified that they needed to do something and the cost.  I also have never had any payment issues from them on my monthly rentals.
