Housekeeping & Maintenance

The housekeeping and maintenance aspect of property management in Perdido Key on a vacation rental property is paramount. At PKRM we hire the most experienced housekeepers that will ensure your vacation home is professionally cleaned at the highest standards. We understand how important it is to keep your home clean so we hire housekeepers that will check behind each clean to ensure cleans are complete and nothing is ever missed. If a guest or owner ever needs a touch up done we have housekeepers on call that can quickly come over to clean. As part of our effort to ensure your investment is taken care of, at no extra cost to you, we do a more thorough cleaning after a long stay such as our military or snowbird extended stay reservations or if requested by owners. If upholstery or carpets need cleaned no worries we have you covered. We treat your home like we would our own - with care and love, so there is no reason you need to worry. We take away the stress.

Maintenance


We have full-time maintenance that works daily on anything you or guests need. We not only handle maintenance issues, but our office staff coordinates more serious issues and will keep you informed on major repairs or replacement needs. We work to exceed expectations of our guest and owners in everything that we do from rentals to revenue to repairs. The smaller things such as AC filter replacement, light bulbs replacement (regular and energy efficient), remote and smoke detector batteries and shower liners replaced are all handled after each departure at no charge to you.

I have owned a condo in the Perdido Sun for 10 years.  JD Hallam and Perdido Key Resort Management (PKRM) has been my property manager from day one.  They are always available to help and answer questions, they work out rental issues with the renters directly and diplomatically so as trying to provide the best customer service they can, no matter what the circumstance.   My unit is one of his top renting units, my calendar is quite full every year, with at least 270 renter occupied days a year!  If I ever needed anything done at the condo, such as furniture repair or replacement or maintenance issues, they coordinate it all and I never need to get involved other than being notified that they needed to do something and the cost.  I also have never had any payment issues from them on my monthly rentals.
