While we only have a few rental programs, in actuality we have nearly 100 variations of the rental program offerings we make available to our property owners. This is, because each property owner is different. Each property owner has different objectives for their vacation home investment. Some owners stay for 9-days a year, some for 9-weeks a year while others we have not seen here in Perdido Key for nearly 9-years. Do you want to just cover the cost of your annual HOA dues and use your vacation home or condo as much as possible throughout the year? You should give our office a call, because many other companies have a cap on how much you can use your own property. Most of our property owners want to stays for a couple weeks annually, but not negatively impact your revenue potential and we can help make that happen. 

Property management in Perdido Key cannot be a passive. In an effort to increase your revenue our staff does regular rate studies, property inspections, and will recommend updates necessary to ensure your property never misses an opportunity to be rented. Our staff is educated on competitors and the rates based on market demand so that every month of the year, not only peak season, we are maximizing your revenue and working around the slower seasons to increase your income. The revenue also depends on how successful you and your Perdido Key management company work together to ensure rental properties are up-to-date to continue to generate demand yall year. It is for this reason that a big-box or one-size-fits-all approach is not going to work. We understand that each property owner is different, so our approach with you will be tailored to best fit your preference. I have owned a condo in the Perdido Sun for 10 years.  JD Hallam and Perdido Key Resort Management (PKRM) has been my property manager from day one.  They are always available to help and answer questions, they work out rental issues with the renters directly and diplomatically so as trying to provide the best customer service they can, no matter what the circumstance.   My unit is one of his top renting units, my calendar is quite full every year, with at least 270 renter occupied days a year!  If I ever needed anything done at the condo, such as furniture repair or replacement or maintenance issues, they coordinate it all and I never need to get involved other than being notified that they needed to do something and the cost.  I also have never had any payment issues from them on my monthly rentals.
