Perdido Key Resort Management is an American family-owned company. Throughout the CV19 concerns, we've held the safety and well-being of our guests, property owners, staff, and partners as paramount. As a result, we took measures to protect against the spread of COVID-19 and we'd like to share these measures with you. 

Our Housekeeping Standards

This begins with what happens after every stay. Before this CV19 was something we had ever heard of, as part of our thorough cleaning of the properties we manage, our housekeeping crews knew to sanitize surfaces, floors, restrooms, remotes, phones, and appliances. They even disassemble the shelves in the refrigerators during the cleaning process.

The startup supplies left for you to begin your stay with are always packaged. This includes the toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs, and bath soaps that are left for you in addition to ensuring all of the trash receptacles are lined and ready for you when you arrive. If you ever need a few extras while you're here, don't hesitate to ask!

The cleaning disinfectants our crews use to sanitize meet AOAC efficacy standards for hospital disinfectants.

How Linens are Handled

Properties on our linen program have all bed, bath, and kitchen linens processed in a commercial facility after every rental where they are washed, dried, pressed, and folded to make them like new after each use.

During this process, Ecolab cleaning products are used to sanitize the linens during the wash process. The bed, bath, and kitchen linens are all washed in the commercial washers then dried, pressed, and folded. The end product are sparkling clean linens for your stay.
