The Purple Parrot Resort is located in Perdido Key, Florida only a quarter of a mile away from the sugar sand beaches! The resort is also super close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and all of our most popular Perdido Key attractions. The Purple Parrot is also only 10 minutes from the Naval Air Station!

The Resort Features

This Perdido Key resort sits on 10 acres and has a total of 114 colorful free-standing condos. When coupled with over 100 palm trees, white bahama-base road and the secluded setting the Purple Parrot Resort provides a tropical ambiance similar to an Old-Florida style resort only found around the Florida keys.The Purple Parrot Perdido Key location has a pool which is rivaled by none other in the area! This magnificent 5,000 square foot oasis has nearly 150,000 gallons of water circulating over a continuous waterfall cave and surrounding a bridge-accessible island hot tub.

The pool deck is dotted with lounge chairs and rather than having lunch in the condos you can gather as a family under one of the palm leaf covered cabanas to enjoy lunch.  Immediately off the pool deck is a sandy courtyard area with two volleyball nets and plenty of room for the kids to run around while mom or dad is snapping pictures for the Perdido Key vacation album. If you are among our guests traveling during the cooler months (or among those who get a little too much sun during the summer) know that having an indoor pool house is a valuable amenity. The Purple Parrot Resort also has an indoor pool house featuring a heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, large fitness center, showers and saunas.

The Vacation Homes

The vacation homes at the Purple Parrot Resort range from cozy 1 bedrooms to spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom homes. All of the 1 bedrooms at the Purple Parrot have a condo on the top floor and a condo on the bottom, but don't worry, they're completely separate living spaces. The 2 and 3 bedroom homes are 2 stories with the living area and kitchen on the 1st floor, and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. All of our vacation homes are individually owned, so each is decorated uniquely by our amazing home owners. All homes have fully equipped kitchens, bed and bath linens, and washer and dryers.

This resort is the ideal spot for large group rentals like weddings, reunions, or just getting together with a bunch of friends! This large gated resort is the best spot to keep everyone close together, but not right on top of one another. Get together at the pool for fun in the sun, have group dinners in one of our larger condos, and just have fun TOGETHER. All of our condos are within walking distance to one another, so you can always find your people easily. When booking large group rentals, make sure to ask for condos close together if that's something you're interested in, we can totally try to accommodate that for you!
