World Oceans Day Event 2019

Perdido Key State Park is proud to partner with the Perdido Key Association and the Friends of Pensacola State Parks, Inc. to celebrate World Oceans Day a day early on Friday, June 7th. Join us for an educational and relaxing day on the beach, view beach related educational displays, a touch tank, and much more. This is a family-friendly event, no pets allowed as it is on the beach. Suggested items to bring with you include a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and insect repellent. The event will take place at the Perdido Key West use area.
The event will include educational and information displays about our ecosystem and how to protect the animals that live around us, as well as the discovery depot touch tank, local art from Helen Caro Elementary School, Sand Castle Sculptures, kite displays and more!
