The Ocean Breeze East and West in Perdido Key feature condos with private balconies overlooking the beach.  The resort buildings are directly on the Gulf, so a ride down the elevator and walk across the pool deck puts your feet right on the sand.  The resort buildings are 8-stories tall with private parking on the north side of the building allowing each condo up to 2 parking spaces.  Each of the resort towers has a beachfront pool as well, so everyday you can choose to either take a dip in the pool or stroll along the shoreline in search of seashells.
