Family of four here, we were looking for a great beach trip before the boys went off to college. I heard about Perdido Key, FL from friend of ours. We are from South Carolina so we didn't know much about this area of the country. We signed up to receive info on properties for rent and the area from Perdido Key Management. All of our questions and concerns were quickly answered by Perdido Key Management Group. The beach house was everything we expected. Gated entry into property! Gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Shuttle services to beach and pool. Great local seafood restaurants. We truly enjoyed our week stay and plan to go back.

Labor Day Getaway

We loved this location and property. We were in town over Labor Day for a wedding and anticipated that it would be busy, but it was not. Even my young adult children commented on how laid back and quiet the area seemed. The property and amenities were just as expected. We never even went to a restaurant. We were able to cook and just enjoy the family time on the property. We opted not to use the shuttle and just drove to one of public beach access just down the road. (There are 2 close by.) Parking was limited, but we made it work. It was a great vacation. We plan to return!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in this fabulous, immaculate rental. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is both peaceful and friendly. I wish we had more time to partake in additional activities while there. We even spotted deer one morning from the balcony!
