Guests love the XL water-front deck! It overlooks the picturesque canal that runs out to the beautiful Ole River waterway. It offers a fantastic outdoor living and dining area for grilling, enjoying refreshments, and relaxing. You might even catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels buzz down the beach on their way home from a show. If not, there are always the cotton candy sunsets that Perdido Key is known for.
Unit 3U easily sleeps 11 with available beds, trundle beds, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a sleeper sofa for an extra bed if guests need it. The Primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and offers a comfortable King Sized bed with a twin trundle to pull out, as well. There is another King sized bed in the 2nd bedroom with a Twin trundle. The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin-over-full bunk beds. Guests appreciate the conveniences of a washer & dryer, large TV, dishwasher, garbage disposal, modern appliances and even a fireplace for winter rentals. The coastal casual furniture is comfortable and make guests feel at home. This attractive kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and for your pleasure. We hope you try some fresh gulf seafood while you are in Perdido Key. If you prefer to stay in and cook for yourself, the modern kitchen is fully equipped and a great fresh seafood market is located right under the Theo Baars Bridge.
The 130' of canal front offers 2 waterfront docks for guests to share and Unit 3U has a private deck for grilling and chilling. Ole River, at the end of the canal is a beautiful waterway for kayaking and jet skiing. The fishing is great right from both the dock and the beach if you want to try catching dinner. There are lots of fantastic restaurants in Perdido Key and also in Orange Beach or Downtown Pensacola.
Guests of PKRM are invited to enjoy complimentary excursions that allow them to enjoy the gorgeous local waterways. Perdido Key is a boaters paradise so take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise or deep sea fishing (via the Explorie app). Rather have fun on land?
