This newly renovated, downstairs, one bedroom condo has everything one needs for a quiet, comfortable getaway. The ever popular Purple Parrot Resort is like a picturesque small village. This resort has charming coastal cottage architecture and a large fan following. It is known for it's quality amenities and close proximity to the beach. Enjoy a big lagoon style pool with a refreshing waterfall, a heated indoor pool, a fitness room, a poolside hot tub and beach volleyball courts. The nice sized bedroom features additional sound insulation in the ceiling, a Queen size bed, a lounge chair, and a flat screen TV.
