Because the sparkling blue pool is waiting in the backyard, and the sparkling emerald Gulf of Mexico is waiting right at the end of River Road. Just a short 3/4 mile walk, bike ride, or drive. You can always spend the morning at the beach and the afternoon by the pool or vice versa. This beautiful, newly constructed, 2-story house has so much to appreciate. The downstairs has a large, tastefully appointed family room that opens onto the dining area. There is a chef's kitchen with modern stainless appliances and a granite island bar. The half bath is an added convenience. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. There's a comfortable King sized bed and the bathroom offers a separate shower, a big tub, and double vanities in granite. The two guest rooms are also beautifully furnished and share a bathroom with a tub-shower combo. This house very comfortably sleeps 6 and there is a big sectional sofa in the family room to nap on. Coastal Cabana Pool in Serenity is waiting to provide you with a fantastic blue water and fine sand vacation.
Serenity is located in the heart of Perdido Key. Some favorite local restaurants are right around the corner. Being located right between Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach means shopping, local attractions, and even more fantastic restaurants are just a short drive away. Bring your kayak because the public kayak launch is right on River Road. Seeing Perdido Key from the water is a real treat.
